We're an HVAC hygiene and maintenance company based in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. We clean, disinfect and maintain air conditioning for private homes and businesses, with one aim: the air coming out of your vents should be as clean as the room it cools.
What we do
Our core work is deep AC cleaning and duct cleaning, followed by disinfection of the system. Around that we offer annual maintenance contracts, chiller repair for larger buildings, water tank and steam cleaning, and energy-saving work that helps bring DEWA bills down.
Most of our customers are families in villas and apartments, landlords with a few properties, and businesses where clean air matters: clinics, nurseries, restaurants and offices. The job is the same in each case. Find where dirt, moisture and wear have built up, remove them properly, and leave the system running the way it was designed to.

airnuvia is approved by Dubai Municipality for AC cleaning and disinfection work. We use products approved for use in Dubai and apply them the way their manufacturers intend, so treatments are effective and safe for the people who live and work in the space afterwards.
Every job is recorded with before and after photos and a written report, which also gives landlords, tenants and facility managers a clear service history.
