Why people choose airnuvia

Anyone can wipe a grille. Cleaning an AC system properly takes the right machines, technicians who understand what they're looking at, and a habit of checking the work before calling it done.

Equipment made for the job

Duct cleaning is done under negative pressure: a machine with HEPA filtration pulls air out of the duct while rotary brushes and compressed-air whips loosen the dirt. The dust leaves the building instead of settling on your sofa.

For units, we dismantle and wash coils, blower wheels and drain pans rather than spraying the front panel. Disinfection is applied by fogging or misting so it reaches the surfaces where mould and bacteria actually grow.

Technicians who know HVAC

Our teams are trained on split, ducted, cassette and package units, and on the chillers and air handling units in larger buildings. Training is refreshed every year, so new equipment and new methods reach the people doing the work.

That matters because a technician who understands the system spots the things a cleaner would miss: a blocked condensate line, a weak capacitor, insulation that has started to sweat.

Every job checked twice

A team leader supervises the work on site and signs it off with you before the team leaves. Afterwards an operations manager reviews the report and the before and after photos.

If something isn't right, we come back and put it right.

Insured, approved and accountable

We carry third-party liability and workmen's compensation cover, and we're approved by Dubai Municipality for AC cleaning and disinfection.

You get one written quote, one point of contact and a report you can keep, which is especially useful for landlords and facility managers who need a service history.

What a visit looks like

The same five steps on every duct and deep-cleaning job.

  1. Inspect and quote

We check the units, ducts and drains, photograph what we find and send a written quote.

  2. Protect the rooms

Furniture and floors are covered and the vents we aren't working on are sealed.

  3. Clean under negative air

Brushes and air whips loosen the dirt while a filtered machine pulls it out of the building.

  4. Disinfect

An approved disinfectant is applied to ducts, coils and drain pans to deal with mould and bacteria.

  5. Test and report

We run the system, check the airflow and send you before and after photos.

Not sure what your system needs?

A technician will inspect your AC units and ducts, show you what they find and give you a written quote. The inspection is free and there's no obligation.
