Why ducts get dirty so quickly in Dubai
Dubai air carries fine sand and dust for much of the year, and some of it is small enough to pass straight through basic AC filters. Once inside the ductwork, it settles on every bend and joint. Because air conditioning runs for ten months or more, the system never gets a break. Layers build up steadily, and each time the fan starts, some of that dust is pushed back into your rooms.
Moisture makes the problem worse. Cold supply air meets warm, humid air from the coast, and condensation can form inside poorly insulated ducts and around diffusers. Loosened debris has only one way to go: into the HEPA-filtered collector.

How often to clean AC ducts in a Dubai property
No fixed timetable suits every property. A sealed apartment high in a tower with good filters gathers dust more slowly than a villa next to open land or a building site. Pets, smoking, recent renovation and frequent sandstorms all shorten the gap between cleans. Restaurants and gyms, with heavy foot traffic and long running hours, need attention more often than a quiet office.

No. Before we start, we seal the grilles and cover floors and furniture in the work areas. The negative-air machine keeps the ducts under suction, so loosened dust is drawn into the HEPA-filtered collector rather than blown into your rooms. When the job is done, we remove the coverings and tidy up, leaving the space as we found it.
Can duct cleaning help with allergies?
Dirty ducts can circulate dust, sand particles and mould spores every time the AC runs, which can irritate people with allergies or asthma. Cleaning removes that store of debris, so less dust settles on surfaces and musty smells fade.
