What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect:
- your name, phone number and email address
- the address or community where the work is needed and the type of property
- details you choose to share about your AC system, including photos
- technical information sent by your browser when you submit a form, such as your IP address, which we use to prevent spam
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out inspections and services, send quotes, reports and invoices, and keep a service history for your property. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it's needed to provide our service: for example with the technicians assigned to your job, with providers who host our website and email, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and service records for as long as you remain a customer and for any period required by UAE law afterwards.
Cookies and maps
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on our contact and about pages loads from Google only when you choose to show it, and Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we don't need to keep it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within a reasonable time.
