These terms explain how bookings, quotes and our work are handled when you use airnuvia or this website.
Who we are
airnuvia provides AC cleaning, disinfection and maintenance services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our office is at Warehouse 9, Street 23, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai. Inspections and quotes
The inspection is free and you are under no obligation to book any work afterwards. After the inspection we send a written quote that sets out the scope of work and the price. The quote states how long it remains valid.
If we find something on the day that is outside the agreed scope, we explain it and ask you before doing any extra work. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.
Bookings and access
We agree a visit time with you in advance. Please make sure our team can safely reach the units, ducts, tanks or plant rooms included in the work, and tell us about anything that affects the job, such as fragile items near grilles or restricted building access hours. If you need to change or cancel a visit, let us know as early as you can by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Payment
Prices, payment terms and any deposit are stated on your quote or maintenance contract. Invoices are sent by email unless we agree otherwise.
Maintenance contracts
Annual maintenance contracts are agreed in writing. The contract lists the units covered, the number of planned visits, what each visit includes, how call-outs work, and how the contract is renewed or ended. Repairs and parts are quoted separately before any work starts.
If something isn't right
Tell us as soon as possible if you are not happy with any part of the work. We will review the report and photos with you and, where the work falls short of what was agreed, come back and put it right.
Our responsibility
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for faults that already existed before our visit or that are unrelated to the work we did, but we will tell you about any we notice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law that cannot be limited.

Law and changes
